Boys' Middle School, and Girls' Middle School Finals Brackets Announced

The qualifying rounds for boys' middle school, boys' high school and girls' middle school are over.

The 78th National Men's and Women's Basketball Championship held at the Glory Sportium National Sports Center in Jeonnam on the 28th concluded with a match between Busan Jungang High School and Gunsan High School in the men's high school division.

The tournament featured 29 teams in the men's high school division, organized into eight groups, with the first and second place finishers in each group advancing to the finals. Hongdae Varsity (Group A), Yongsan Varsity (Group B), Jeonju Varsity (Group C), Samil Varsity (Group D), Songdo Varsity (Group F), Anyang Varsity (Group G), and Sangsan Varsity (Group H) passed the qualifiers with all wins.

The Southern High School Division will kick off with a matchup between defending champions Samilgo and Jemulpogo on May 29, followed by the final at 11:30 a.m. on May 1 at the Jeonnam Glory Sportium National Sports Center.

The South Central region also completed its qualification schedule, with Pyeongwon in Group G and Kukjeong in Group D qualifying directly to the quarterfinals, while undefeated Samsun in Group F also qualified for the final round as the top seed.

In the 11-team Girls' Middle School Division, the 토토 quarterfinals were played on the 28th, with semifinalists Dongju Girls' Middle School and Dongju Girls' Middle School, winners of the semifinals between Sangju Girls' Middle School and Dongju Girls' Middle School, and four-time defending champion Onyang Girls' Middle School, meeting for a spot in the final at 9:30 a.m. on the 29th at the Glory Sportium National Sports Center.


Also in action will be Samcheonpo Girls' School, which reached its first quarterfinal this season, and Sunil Girls' School, which defeated Bongu Girls' School.
