LJL representatives Detonation FocusMe (DFM) were finally eliminated from the 2023 LoL Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) play-in stage after losing to Loud in the Group B loser's bracket at London's Copper Box Arena on June 6 (ET). The result was somewhat shocking for DFM, who were regulars at international events and were considered a competitive team among the Minor regions.

In the post-match interview zone, 'Half' Lee Ji-yoon's expression was filled with regret. "I always feel it," he said, "but when I come to an international tournament, I don't play as well as I usually do in scrimmages and domestic leagues. I felt it last year, and it's very unfortunate that I didn't play well against Loud. I think I lost because I didn't play well," she said.

"In the second set, I had three people caught in the bottom to dragon exchange, and from then on, I was playing under a lot of pressure, so I couldn't do anything and lost easily. As a team, we were most disappointed to lose the second set against PSG Talon, but individually, we were most disappointed to lose against Loud."

When asked about his thoughts on the MSI, 'Half' said, "Honestly, I don't think I've gained anything from this MSI. If I had a personal wish, it would be to get rid of the pressure of international competitions. I think I was subconsciously nervous and not playing my best. I'm going to seriously think about this," he said.

"In my normal scrimmages, more than half the time I end up on top. I want to practice less like that," said 'Half', who also indirectly expressed his disappointment, "I think I need to practice more tightly. I want to win the Summer, go to the World Championships, and then show my skills properly without the pressure of international competitions." 토토 He concluded the interview with a determination.
