This time it was his Ligue 1 debut goal. South Korea international midfielder Lee Kang-in, 22, scored his third consecutive attacking point to lead his side to victory.

PSG defeated Montpellier 3-0 at home on Thursday (Sept. 4) in the 11th round of the 2023-24 Ligue 1 at the Parc des Princes in Paris, France. With their fourth consecutive league win, PSG extended their lead at the top of the table with 7 W, 3 D, 1 L (24 points).

The star of PSG's victory was "Golden Boy" Lee Kang-in. Lee opened the scoring in the 10th minute when Ashraf Hakimi's cross was deftly flicked on by Kylian Mbappe, who headed it into the corner of the Montpellier goal. Lee roared after the goal, sharing a hug with Mbappe, who has been in fine form of late.

It was his fifth goal in five games in Ligue 1 and his third consecutive offensive point, following his debut goal for PSG in the third leg of the UEFA Champions League (UCL) group stage against AC Milan (Italy) on May 26 and his first Ligue 1 assist against Brest on May 29.

Lee has adapted perfectly to PSG and Ligue 1 with an impressive 100 percent passing success rate, including one shot on target and one key pass.

Warren Zaire Emery made it 2-0 in the 13th minute of the second half before Lee was subbed off in the 17th minute for Vitinha.

PSG closed out the match with a 3-0 victory, with Vitinha's 21st-minute winner in the second half. 슬롯
