The International Olympic Committee (IOC), together with the Singapore National Olympic Committee (SNOC), today released details of events and ticketing information for the inaugural Olympic Esports Week, which will take place from 22-25 June 2023 at the Suntec Centre in Singapore. The event will include the Olympic Esports Finals across all 10 disciplines of the Olympic Esports Series, with the addition of the FPS game Fortnite to the sport shooting events with the support of the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF).

The inaugural Olympic Esports Week is a four-day virtual sports and gaming festival organized by the IOC and held in Singapore. The event will feature the first offline competition of the Olympic Esports Series 2023. Qualifiers for baseball, chess, motorsports, and sailing are already underway, and competitors will advance to the finals in Singapore to compete for the title of Olympic Esports Series winner in front of fans.

Most notably, Fortnite has been added to the finals. Twelve players from the 2023 Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) will be invited to compete on a global stage. They'll compete to be crowned the Olympic Esports Series champion on Fortnite Creative Island, a new map designed specifically to reflect the sport's shooting discipline. All of the action-packed finals will be streamed globally on Olympics.com and across Olympic social channels.

Tickets for Olympic Esports Week are on sale now. General admission tickets are priced at S$10 per day and a three-day pass is available for S$20. The Visa card has been selected as the official payment method for Olympic Esports Week tickets in recognition of its long-standing partnership with the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
