Caesars Windsor Casino in Ontario is offering job opportunities to those looking for a job in a gaming facility. The casino has announced it will offer free table game dealer training. We will also hold an open house on May 2, 2023, to answer questions and provide opportunities for qualified applicants to enroll in training.

Currently operated by Caesars Entertainment, the casino is located at Windsor's Riverside DRE 377 on the N9A 7H7 and offers customers a premium gambling experience. One of the largest departments is Live Table Games, which currently employs more than 250 full-time and part-time dealers. Soon the casino will add new people to the list.

Susan Tompkins, public relations and communications manager, noted that the recently announced open house will give attendees the opportunity to learn more about education. She explained that it would give people the opportunity to talk to some employees as well as go through the pre-screening stage and through mock casinos and table games.

For those who want to apply, there are some job requirements first. You need a basic mathematical aptitude, excellent dexterity, passion to provide a tremendous customer experience, all shifts, age 19 or older, a 12th degree diploma or equivalent. Qualified people can start training on May 8, 2023.

Mr. Tompkins also elaborated that the training will run four hours a day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and the entire training will last seven weeks. She said it was an intensive training program, but after completing it, participants will be skilled in blackjack, baccarat, and poker. They will receive certificates that are recognized worldwide.

Finally, she said she expects casinos to have jobs in the near future. Those interested in becoming part of the team can first attend the Open House on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. It will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the team center of the gaming facility at 250 Windsor Avenue.

Looking for the next operator In early April 2023, the Ontario Lottery and Game Company, which owns Windsor Casino, said it was currently looking for the next operator. OLG has launched a pre-qualification process to hear candidates seeking to take over the property's day-to-day gaming operations when its current contract expires in about two years.

Meanwhile, in early 2023, casinos launched retail sports betting through a new state-of-the-art Caesars sportsbook. The news was celebrated by Unipo Local 444, which makes up a major part of casino staff. President Dave Cassidy said the expansion would provide 100 to 150 jobs, such as bartenders, kiosk staff, food services, and more. 슬롯
