Just a few weeks ago, it was reported that Summit Accent Holdings and SJM Holdings Limited may be interested in participating in the Cream Game Zone. Both Stanley Ho and his son Lawrence are reportedly interested in expanding their investment portfolios by moving into the area, but this does not appear to be the case. Summit Accent Holdings has denied that the company currently has any plans to invest in a gambling area in the occupied Crimea or ski resorts in Sochi.

Russia's betting business Russia released a statement this week, revealing comments from Summit Ascent's executive director Craig Ballantine, according to the AGB. In a statement, Balantine said the company 'does not plan to invest in gambling areas located in the Crimea and the Republic of Sochi'.

According to Summit Ascent's Ballantyne, previous reports cited a famous source from a business circle of Russian-Chinese individuals, but these comments are not true. The company has invested in Primorye, another gaming area in Russia, and is working with Melco International Development on projects.
