Mazan, Lark Hospitality Holding, Wynn Resorts, a U.S.-listed international developer and luxury resort operator, announced the multi-billion dollar development of a complex resort on artificial al-Marzan Island in Las Al Khaima, United Arab Emirates.

Gorgeous Al Marjan Island, already a popular tourist destination, is 15 minutes from Ras al-Khaima International Airport and 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport. The four-island island of Al Marjan entertains visitors with more than 7.8 km of sparkling beaches and 23 km of waterfront, as well as global hotel and residential development.

Al Marjan Island spans 2.7 million sq. m of reclaimed land that extends into the Arabian Gulf. On one of the exclusive islands, covering an area of nearly 250,000 sq. m, the new integrated resort will provide a spectacular natural environment of the Arabian Gulf, as well as sandy beaches and marinas. The development is the first beach resort that Win Resort is developing worldwide. The current range includes over 1,000 room hotels, high-end shopping malls, state-of-the-art conference and convention facilities, dedicated spas, over 10 restaurants and lounges, a variety of entertainment options, gaming areas and other amenities.

The integrated resort will be developed with significant foreign direct investment from Wynn Resorts, the largest project of Emirates' growing hospitality sector, which will create real value for the local economy through accelerating tourism, creating jobs, and boosting growth in related sectors. The entire project, scheduled to be completed in 2026, will be developed as the best sustainability best practice.
