Bragg Gaming Group Appoints Mattebe Marge As CEO

Bragg Gaming Group Inc., a global B2B gaming technology and content provider, announced that the board had immediately appointed MatevM Mazij, chairman of the board, as its chief executive officer. Mazij, Bragg's largest shareholder and founder of Orix Gaming, the company's original PAM, aggregation and RGS gaming technology platform acquired by Bragg in 2018, took over as CEO of the resigned Yaniv Sherman. The changes were made to ensure a thorough evaluation of the board and to best align the best interests of the company and stakeholders.

"On behalf of the board and the entire Bragg team, we appreciate Yaniv's leadership, commitment and contribution to the company," said Holly Gagnon, senior independent director of the board. "The board remains focused on supporting the company's senior management as it continues to implement initiatives that drive profitable growth and the creation of new and sustainable shareholder value. As the founder and prophet of Orix Gaming, we are confident that Matev)'s important industrial experience and the company's experienced senior leadership team will position Bragg favorably to successfully execute our key strategic objectives and serve our valued customers and partners."

"After a few years on the board, I'm excited to return to the operational role that leads the company to continued top-line and cash flow growth," Mr. Majiz said. "Brag has many opportunities to further grow its operations in North America, Europe and the evolving global regulated eye-gaming marketplace. We look forward to providing a new perspective with both senior management and team members to amplify their ability to successfully carry out the growth strategies established under the acquisitions of WildStrik Gaming and Spin Games in 2021 and 2022, respectively." https://www.racesite.pro
