Jang Yu-bin, 2nd place in men's golf 2R alone...in the team event, the lead race

Jang Yu-bin ranked second alone in the men's second round of golf at the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.

On the 29th, Jang Yu-bin shot a 5-under 67 with one eagle, six birdies, one bogey and one double bogey in the second round of the tournament on the second day of the tournament at the West Ho International Golf Course (par 72, 7,280 yards) in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

Jang Yu-bin, who had an interim total of 16-under 128, turned the halfway point of the tournament in second place alone, six shots behind the leader Daichi Ko (Hong Kong).

Jang Yu-bin, who was leading by one stroke the day before, reduced five strokes on the day, but gave up the top spot to Ko, who swung a 12-under 60 in the second round.

Cho Woo-young (Korea National Sports University) tied for fourth with 14-under 130, while Lim Sung-jae and Kim Si-woo, who play on the PGA Tour, tied for seventh and tied for ninth with 13-under and 12-under, respectively.

In the team event, which adds up the performances of the top three players in the same country, South Korea maintained its lead by six shots over Hong Kong, which is 38 under with 44 under par.

Ko, who was born in 2000 with a six-shot lead, turned professional in February this year and won the Asian Tour tournament in March. https://www.sportstototop.com

He also appeared at the Shinhan Donghae Open in Incheon earlier this month and tied for 50th place.

In the case of the men's team, Korea, where PGA Tour players Lim Sung-jae and Kim Si-woo played, was expected to sweep the individual and team events, but as the high-priced lead took the lead by six shots on the day, it was in a position to follow diligently after the third round.

In Korea, Oh Seung-taek won a silver medal in the individual event and a bronze medal in the team event at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang, the previous competition. At that time, Japan won both the individual and team events.
